Notable Experience

Carl joined the firm as a shareholder in 2004. He has 20 years of experience in the practice of law in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Carl has tried numerous cases to resolution over the years before both courts and juries. His practice includes general tort defense, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage (including bad faith claims), and legal malpractice defense. He also handles construction cases, business litigation and probate and estate planning.

Carl is a presenter and member of the Council on Litigation Management. He also serves as a mentor through the Ohio Supreme Court’s Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program.

Carl is very active with his two sons. When not engaged in activities with his family, Carl enjoys reading, boating at Buckeye Lake and playing basketball.

Carl has previously worked extensively with the Dublin Irish Festival in Dublin Ohio, where he lives. He is also a retired black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
