C. Gavin Oppermann, Esq.
C. Gavin Oppermann concentrates his practice in the areas of Creditors’ Rights, Real Estate Transactions and Landlord/Tenant matters. In the Creditors’ Rights Department, Mr. Oppermann handles collection of consumer and commercial debt, such as retail collections, medical collections and commercial loan collections. He also works in the Real Estate Department dealing with various issues including short sales, workouts, loan modifications, and refinancing. In addition, Mr. Oppermann handles the majority of the Firm’s Landlord/Tenant cases.
Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth and Miller, Mr. Oppermann was an Attorney Advisor to the U.S. Small Business Administration and conducted housing redevelopment disaster assistance for victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in Texas. While still a law student, he interned with in-house counsel for Medtronic Inc. where he participated in mergers/acquisitions and service contracts for the sale of capital equipment. Mr. Oppermann is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
