Brian H. Buddell, Esq.

Brian H. Buddell is a Partner of Brydon Hugo & Parker.    Mr. Buddell has extensive experience in many areas of civil defense including: Products Liability, Premises Liability, Complex Personal Injury, Toxic Torts, Wrongful Death, Auto/Truck Casualty Claims, and Environmental Law. 

Mr. Buddell maintains an unblemished record of successful jury verdicts and has successfully defended his clients in hundreds of arbitrations and dozens of trials throughout twenty-five of California’s fifty-eight county Superior Courts.    He has also successfully defended appeals filed in the First and Third Districts of the California Court of Appeal and in the California Supreme Court. 

He came to Brydon Hugo & Parker after serving several years as Trial Counsel for a major U.S. insurance company where he recorded many of his favorable jury verdicts, including several in which plaintiffs sought multi-million dollar awards of damages. 

Mr. Buddell is a frequent lecturer for organizations such as National Business Institute and he regularly presents instructional seminars on a variety of litigation-related topics including trial preparation and trial advocacy. 

Mr. Buddell received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 and his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1993.    

Mr. Buddell was admitted to the California Bar in 1993. He is also licensed to practice in the Northern District of the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
