Brandon Cogburn, prior to joining the firm, worked in various levels of both state and federal government. Brandon was on the Washington D.C. staff of U.S. Senator Blanche L. Lincoln and worked in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office of Benton County, Arkansas. Brandon has been named a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Brandon’s practice includes defense of municipalities, toxic tort and environmental litigation, and defense of tort and contract claims.
