Ms. López-Freytes is a Senior Associate since 2010 at Ferraiuoli.
Mrs. López-Freytes’s main areas of practice are Real Estate and Corporate Law as well as banking and regulatory law. Before joining Ferraiuoli, Mrs. López-Freytes worked as Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel for a publicly traded financial institution for over 5 years. Mrs. López-Freytes also worked as a Law Clerk at various metro area law f irms as well as for the Federal District Court.
Mrs. López-Freytes has experience in general corporate matters such as assisting entities with the establishment of their operations locally and abroad, organization of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and counseling; and contract negotiation and review.
