Practice Areas Mr. Kaltenbach concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation and business-related disputes in both state and federal court. Mr. Kaltenbach’s prior litigation experience includes defense of pharmaceutical and medical device corporations in complex multi-district products liability litigation, defense of health-care professionals in medical negligence litigation and defense of corporations in consumer finance and lending litigation. Mr. Kaltenbach has also advised and represented commercial and residential property management companies in landlord/tenant disputes.
