Arnaud Moquin has developed specific expertise in the law relating to direct sales operations, and assists numerous French and international businesses with respect to their networks. Partner and permanent advisor to the Fédération de la Vente Directe, he currently participates in the negotiations with the Administration which aim to develop a specific legal status for the independent salesperson working from home.
