Arnaud Moquin acts for businesses from their inception, then with respect to their internal and external growth, joint ventures and partnerships. He advises either Seller of Purchaser / Investor in mergers & acquisitions and deals with all corporate issues and shareholder relations

His expertise extends to all aspects of competition law (antitrust, concentrations, unfair competition, consumer protection and competition), commercial contracts, consumer protection and competition, allowing him to develop tools and strategies for his clients needed for their development and their activities and to advise and defend then in these areas.

He brings, through his experience of the business world and commercial litigation, a global view which facilitates strategic management decisions.

Arnaud Moquin has developed specific expertise in the law relating to direct sales operations, and assists numerous French and international businesses with respect to their networks. Partner and permanent advisor to the Fédération de la Vente Directe, he currently participates in the negotiations with the Administration which aim to develop a specific legal status for the independent salesperson working from home.
