April D. Ferrebee has been practicing law since 1999, focusing on representation of the injured in civil actions. Graduating from Marshall University in 1995, Cum Laude, she received her Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 1999.
Ms. Ferrebee has litigated numerous types of actions including, but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, fraud, oil and gas royalties, product liability, property damage, eminent domain and deliberate intent.
She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Association for Justice. She is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals – Fourth Circuit. She previously clerked for the Honorable Carrie Webster, 13th Judicial Circuit, Kanawha County, West Virginia.
