Andrew Cole is a shareholder focusing in construction law, as well as defense litigation and appellate advocacy. Prior to joining Collins & Lacy in 2002, Andrew served as a staff attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for the Honorable Jasper M. Cureton.
Practice Focus/Trial Experience
- Construction Law: defense of developers, general contractors and subcontractors on construction liability actions. Inspection of properties with experts concerning liability cases. Class Action Litigation involving construction issues and damages, including lost-use claims.
- Appellate Advocacy: draft of appeals, case preparation and internal advisor on appellate cases.
