Educational Background:
Mr. Bekhit has obtained his LL.B in Law, English Section from Cairo University. Mr. Bekhit has a legal experience of three (3) years.
Specialty areas:
Mr. Bekhit advises foreign investors on various issues relating to agency and distribution agreements, companies incorporation and general corporate matters and also is engaged in due diligence reviews, mergers acquisitions and transactions.
Mr. Bekhit also handles matters concerned with aircraft sale/leasing, corporate/general commercial and regulatory work for airlines, aircraft lessors, airline consolidators, tour operators, travel agents and aviation service companies. In addition, Mr. Bekhit has extensive experience in legal translation, drafting and reviewing agreements for commercial agencies, distribution and joint ventures, and advises on documents for the establishment of companies, branches and subsidiaries or other international corporate structures.

- Execution and registration of Airbus Aircraft lease transaction agreements between Karthago Airlines, Nouvelair, Koral Blue and A320MSN 937 Leasing Limited and PK AirFinance S.a.r.l.
