Adam Affleck’s practice focuses on trial and appellate work involving bankruptcy, real estate, contracts, secured transactions, fraud, trade regulation and antitrust.
His bankruptcy experience includes representation of creditors, trustees and debtors in all aspects of liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Affleck has published and lectured on topics concerning creditor’s rights and bankruptcy.
Prior Professional Experience
Mr. Affleck’s prior professional experience includes a private law practice in Salt Lake City and three years of service as a law clerk for two bankruptcy judges in the Eastern District of California. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Utah and California.
